A large photo exhibit for the history of the olive, its connection with the Greek culture, the ways of oil-producing etc.
It is divided into five parts:
- Part A‘: Photo display of diffrent varieties of the olive fruit.
- Part B‘: It describes photographically and schematically, the ways of olive milling in the last 6000 years.
- Part C‘: It describes photographically and schematically, the gathering of the olive juice from the olive paste
- Part D‘: It shows photographically some samples of the effect of the olive and the olive oil in the Greek culture with various expressions like drawings, ceramics, sculpting, jewelry etc.
